In Hartington Village

The Charles Cotton Hotel  dates from the early 17th  Century and oozes warmth, charm and character. The interior décor reflects the legacy of Charles Cotton himself and he would have approved of the fine artistry depicting his beloved Derbyshire home. Famous for fishing ( he co-wrote “The Compleat Angler” with his good friend Isaac Walton); poetry and gambling!
